  Looking for recommendations for physical therapists, or chiropractors, who are experienced with evaluating posture and potential back problems, and prescribing an appropriate exercise program to align and strengthen back muscles before real problems develop. (I do not want to become an elderly 90 degree walker!) I would like someone who has special medical training in this area. Also, my insurance only pays for certified medical providers. And, they would have to be included in my plan's approved providers. And, I have a limit on the number of visits that my insurance will cover. Basically, I need to have my situation evaluated, and develop a program I can do at home without causing harm. Has to do with getting older, having developed some scoliosis, and osteopenia/arthritis problems. Also probably damage from steroid usage over the years. So, who's in Huntsville and comes highly recommended? Thanks!

  Also recommend Nancy Harden for Feldenkrais classes. They have kept me more flexible, and in less pain as I grow older. Well worth the time and $$. Nancyharden.com

  Chad Hobbs - Results Physiotherapy. Nesin has some great physical therapists too. Nancy Harden is wonderful too. We are lucky in Huntsville to have so many great physical therapists!
