  You may have to go to the Carroll County recorder's office to get that info. They have records at www.landaccess.com from 1990 on. I did a search on "Girl Scouts" and found the deed for the last Renkert land donation, but nothing about mineral rights. Searched for "Great Trail" and found a deed from land donated in 1999 from Pariso family that DOES have a clause about using for Girl Scouts only and if it is not, it reverts to previous owners & heirs. Someone may want to check that out. I have no ties to Girl Scouts or current effort to save Great Trail, just a former scout who would hate to see it sold!
