  Scott F. wrote: Jacob's ladder did some work on my roof claiming to fix a leak. They claimed they would give a 1 year guarantee. After 1 month, we had a good rain and the roof leaked straight through ruining brand new hardwood floors that were installed. I called Jacob's ladder 2 times a week for the next 3 months. The secretary would pick up the phone and say Jacob would call back - but Jacob never did. After a few times of talking to the secretary, I believe they started screening my calls and just did not pick up. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

  Help neighbors! I have tried for 40 years to stop a leak in my roof. Every direction has been unsuccessful. First, it is a flat built-up roof. I have had numerous tar and gravel Roofs. I have a rubber roof currently. I know there is a low spot on the roof. I have had so many people look at it can't solve the problem. I don't know if I need a builder or roofer. I am very very frustrated at this point and definitely broke. Any suggestions on who would be most suited for this unsolved mystery?
