About us
The purpose of our group is to bring about positive changes to the Odessa Animal Control shelter through volunteering. We are a 501(c)(3) charity and all donations are tax deductible.
Speaking Up For Those Who Can't networks the animals in the shelter to create awareness, and to find homes for as many animals as possible through individual adoptions and rescue group transfers.
The animals on our page are Located at Odessa, Texas Animal Control. 432-368-3527. Must have a valid Drivers License and utility bill with matching address to adopt. They now take credit cards, cash or check. We ARE NOT the pound. We are volunteers who network these animals to try and find them homes. You may send your questions to our Speaking Up inbox and we will do our best to get an answer for you as quickly as possible.
Need to get the dog spay/neutered within the time allotted, then bring back the form with the vets signature to animal control.
If you rent you need to show proof that your renter allows dogs/cats.
