About us
Michael and Darcy Lamb, originally from Eriksdale, Manitoba decided to buy Mr. Perogie in 2006. At that time, Mr. Perogie was located in Tyndall, Manitoba in the basement of a house. The first employee they hired was their son Randy Lamb to manage the daily production of perogies. Initially, no experience in making perogies the Lamb family have spent the past eight years perfecting the perogie recipe and have become experts in the art of making one of Manitoba’s favorite foods.
Mr. Perogie is well known in the community for a generous mandate. The company supports a range of fundraising efforts from wedding socials the Children’s Wish Ride and Hunger for Hope, an organization developed to feed hungry children in Manitoba.
Mr. Perogie is now located at 944 Elgin Avenue in Winnipeg, with all ingredients sourced in Manitoba.
