  Not to stir the pot but I did notice that most of the sites in your work samples are sporting stock WP themes, Kris. It's not clear to me how a one day website is different than a 1-click WP install on a $79/year hosting plan. It would be a good idea, I think, to explain whatever services or added value your clients are getting that they couldn't get through, say, an Islandnet hosting plan.
