ABOUT HANK:
Before entering the real estate market, Hank was in the Navy, spending 18 of his 20-year career working with LCACs (Hovercraft) in Hampton Roads from 1989 until he retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 2007. He is originally from Mississippi and is at heart is an outdoorsman, spending his leisure time fishing, camping, and boating at Lake Gaston.
He is an honest family man, married for nearly twenty years with three sons. After joining real estate in 2007, his driving goal is to help people realize their dreams, as well as teaching them about the buying or selling process. Hank has continued his quest for real estate knowledge thru numerous educational pursuits including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), as well as Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Hank's upbringing as well as his military service has led him to be a professional, dedicated, and hardworking striving to help his clients reach their goals. He also received the bronze award from Keller Williams for Sales Volume in 2012 and 2013.
ABOUT JENYSE:
Jenyse is originally from Illinois and moved to Florida when she was a teenager. She has been married since 2000 and has three boys, two in college and one in middle school.... show more She has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. In Florida, during the early 1990’s, she was a Loan Processor for a mortgage company and eventually ended up owning her Mortgage Brokerage firm. After moving to Virginia in 2002, she decided to become a realtor and leave the mortgage side of real estate. She became licensed as an Associate Broker in 2008.
She thoroughly loves the challenge of finding the perfect home for a buyer that fits their needs and wants. Jenyse thinks that selling in today's market can be difficult, so she feels that it is important and critical to hire an agent that is going to work all angles of the market.
Her energetic demeanor with an extremely flexible schedule, as well as, her versatile experience in the market have led her to be a dependable and professional agent to suit her client's needs. She enjoys being an agent due to the immense satisfaction she feels when handing the keys over to the new homeowners.
