  I need an attorney asap!! I need to reopen a default judgment where I was never made aware of a court date also had a written contract with the person suing me and the contract was never submitted to show proof and she let it go to court. Also started making payments with the signed contract we agreed on and she stopped payment contact information the Friday before apparent court date that Monday I was never made aware of. I am very limited on funds if any i just really need some help. From what I am told what she has done was completely illegal especially since our signed contract stated there would be no court and no one could take the other party to court as long as guidelines are followed.
