On more than one occasion my wife has gone in to pick up a pie or cake after having ordered only to find out that they have no account of the order having been received! This is an issue- clearly. I will say that they made it right by quickly making what they should have made in the first place at no charge.I'd say try them out and taste for yourself, but beware when you make a "special order". I'd confirm and re-confirm
