  Nancy W. wrote: You've been warned; do not take your pets there. Last year when I took my two dogs to be groomed, the owner/groomer took 7.5 hours to finish them. (She admitted to me on the phone that she kept leaving to do other things.) This year when I took them there, she was not in yet and I asked her employees if I could possibly have the dogs back in a reasonable amount of time. The both rolled their eyes in a "good luck with that" gesture. The one suggested that I might get them back in about 4 hours. I said that would be great. The wrote down exactly what I wanted in cuts. When I picked them up four hours later, both dogs had been shaved! I was horrified. I asked her why she had done that and she admitted to seeing the directions they had left for her but said in a snotty voice, "Well, you said you wanted them back in four hours and I can't cut them the way you wanted in that amount of time." So now my dogs will freeze to death and look horrible because of a vindictive groomer. And to beat it all, she charges a high amount for grooming for this area!
