  The AllState agent Georgina Lunsford is not customer oriented by any means. I had my daughter taken off my insurance back in December and recently found out she's still on my policy and have been paying for her. She has not been good at calling me back. August 1st I was in a car accident with a truck rear ending me and just yesterday did my jeep finally get into the shop. Mrs. Lunsford was never attentive or responsive in my efforts of trying to have her call the other insurance company as my agent. I never post on here but I truly feel we all work our tails off for what we earn and customer service is a must virtue that she lacks. I just want to warn anyone looking for insurance to use an agent that actually cares

  I am an independent insurance adjuster that has a lot of experience working with Allstate. Call 1-800-255-7828 and they will assign you a claim number and adjuster to handle your claim, agents don't normally get involved in the claim process unless you the customer are not getting good service from the adjuster I will I assure you if you are assigned an independent adjuster you will get good service.

  Sorry for the late reply. I didn't talk to an agent. I went to Allstate's website. They have a question of do you own a dog and it lists several breeds, including Rottweiler. If you check Rottweiler, along with pitt bull, staffordshire terrier and wolf hybrid, they send back the following message. You've indicated a type of risk that Allstate does not insure. For more information, please call 1-800-ALLSTATE (1-800-255-7828). Thank you for considering Allstate. Sounds like discrimination to me. Vicki in Maryland
