Having had 10x 18" steel wheels banded by Damian on 22 May, on balancing the wheels up, I noticed that 3x of the wheels have a lot of run out (vertically 3-4mm) where the rear of the wheel has been welded back on offset. I took the youtube video on 24 May and he admitted fault (just type in Damian Force banded steel wheels and you'll find it). However when I asked for work which was not fit for purpose to be rectified, he stopped replying and only agreed to collect the wheels when I mentioned that legally, I should not be out of pocket for the work. Now, 2 months on, I still don't have the wheels back, or a refund and he's refusing to reply again.
