  okay, I am looking for an awesome attorney that deals with auto accidents. I was the victim of a hit and run on 6/8, I was able to get her tag information and the local police issued her a citation for hit and run, she's listed first on the police report as being at fault (even though on private property) and I have a supplemental incident report giving the officer's statement when he visited the registered owner. Her insurance company (USAA) is giving me the run around because they can't get in contact with their insured. She ran from me, and the cops, lied to the cops (it's all in the reports that I have) and my vehicle is only 2 years old. I was advised by USAA (her insurance) to go through my own insurance company (GA farm bureau) which I'm not going to do because 1) I don't have $500 for my deductible and 2) I'm not taking a chance of them raising my insurance. I had to PAY $45.00 for the accident report, incident report and a copy of the girls citation and have sent all of this to USAA numerous times. They are just unwilling to cooperate when they are CLEARLY liable. Any help finding an attorney that would work on a contingency basis would be greatly appreciated. I have a great job but I don't have time to be chasing down her insurance company. Very, very irritated... Thanks in advance!!!
