We are based in Nairobi. We are passionate about delivering a great attendee experience for each event.
Describe a typical work day for you?
We are open and ready for business at 7.30am each Monday to Friday. We spend time designing new event concepts, engaging with customers, reviewing customer feedback and building new partnerships.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Our clients are our inspiration. Every thank you note and each positive feedback from our customers drives us to do more to provide innovative event solutions.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We ask customers to share with us with their goals and objectives for each event. When a customer shares their vision and allows to get on board and work with them towards achieving that vision, the results are always great!
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
The most memorable experience has been to see the joy and gratitude on the face of a client at the close of a huge successful event.
