Hello, my name is Dave and I am "David Person LLC" I graduated in 91' from Bixby High School and went to Tulsa Vo-Tech my Junior and Senior year for Appliance Repair. I jobbed out to a great Ma and Pa company in Broken Arrow that specialized in Heating, Air Conditioning and Appliance repair. They taught me a lot that I carry to this day. Not only did they train me to be a good Service Technician, they also showed me how to treat a customer right. I was too young to know it then but they were a rare breed. They didn't charge huge prices and they weren't able to pay me what other companies could so I moved on. I can say I have worked for quite a few companies since then and it didn't take me long to realize what I had there was worth more than the extra money these other companies were paying me. I didn't realize the greediness all these other companies had and how customer and employee un-friendly they were, It seems that the almighty dollar was more important to them then anything, I was pressured into lying to customers, overcharging and rushing around so quickly that I didn't have time to do the job as thoroughly as I would have liked. And when the slow season (winter) came around job security was almost nonexistent. I had gotten to where I dreaded going to work and I remembered how that was never true at my first job. So I started my own little company, vowing to remember that the customer always comes first and that customer satisfaction is the best advertising money can buy. And guess what...... I'm happy again, and I haven't felt that way about work in a long time.
