  I have worked with [Chris Austin](http://www.austinhometeamkc.com/) and so have three of my friends. We all have had great experiences with him and his team. He's a great guy and is super helpful with the purchasing process. I've never sold through his group.

  Can I suggest Chris Austin and Ferryl LeDuff? http://www.austinhometeamkc.com/ They used to be members of the Group O'Dell realtors group and started their own group earlier this year. I purchased my house in Brookside with them last year in 2015. I will say that they were absolute professionals at what they do. On multiple places that I looked at, they recommended not paying the full list price because it was overpriced, or they found issues in the property that would need to be addressed, and overall were great to work. Incredibly flexible hours for showing off places (after normal work hours all the time for me). They were great for me and I highly recommend them.
