Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
My father started the business in 1973 as a wall to wall carpet cleaner but not as a rug specialist. In the mid 80's I grew the business up to 6 crews but was I had no passion or carpets. I discovered I had a passion or fine rugs and in 1996 I incorporated as a fine rug specialist and I have never looked back.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We absolutely LOVE the artform and culture that is woven into every rug!
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We stand behind every order we take in with a money back guarantee. I we ever fail to get your rugs cleaned to the expected level we have promised on our pre-inspection we will reclean or give you a full refund.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Our most memorable experiences are when we present antique rugs to their owners and they all IN LOVE with their treasures again!
