  Cassie W. wrote: Terrible service. Took 4 weeks for a real appointment to be scheduled and then it was cancelled. I called to ask why it had taken so long and the secretary told me on August 6th she did not know who but someone called and cancelled with the technician while he was driving to our house. I asked if she could find out who called and why and she agreed. I called on August 12th to follow up because I had not received information and she first denied our conversation and then changed her story to say it was cancelled because they did not receive a call back to confirm the appointment. I asked for the date of this "appointment" but conveniently they do not keep dates in their record system. To be so combative and willing to lie over something that is trivial and could have easily been dealt with an "I am sorry we have been busy" shows the extent of their unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise to avoid using their service because they work by using deniability instead of standing by their service.

  Callahan Appliance 288-9282. Family owned business out of Sidell. Used them for 10 yrs. Always happy with the service. They've showed us how to fix something when applicable. Don't try to oversell and since their family name is on the business they care.

  We used Callahans Sales & service out of Sidell 2172889282 and our washer is really old. They did a good job and not real expensive. They came out pretty quick
