  Group input requested: ExN has agreed to go to family therapy. He has no idea about NPD other than being raised by an extreme narc, an unbelievably sick narc (sad). And is clueless as to how his own disorder is the root of our family's destruction. As we finalize the divorce and try to co-parent (as if there really is such a thing--co-parenting with a narc-ugh) I (we)will need a good strong therapist in order to move forward. ***I am in the Sacramento area and need a knowledgable NPD psych/family therapist. ANY referrals appreciated. Can be as far east as Placerville and west and north as West Sac and Rosevile/Rocklin*** I look forward to getting help with this sick man, for my kids sake, and I also look forward to understanding and addressing my often times fearful, irrational, and angry responses to a man who would kick me under the table when nobody was looking, Smiling and shining, as *I* acted out and looked crazy. Angry, confused, sad? Yes. Crazy? No. As I am here and follow other groups on the topic of Narc abuse, I know now, no! Again, any referrals will be appreciated. Light love and healing to all

  George Hunter is here in Murrieta, CA. He is the most amazing therapist I've ever seen. He isn't afraid to stand up for the kids and does Skype counseling all over the country. I'm not sure if Skype is ideal for you but he may be able to refer someone local to you who understands this disorder and isn't fooled by it.
