  Jared H. wrote: Absolutely floored! The owner called my husband a smart ass in front of her own customers and threatened to call the police on him when he asked for a refund. We had bought him a $25 gift certificate and he tried to book an appointment by text to the owner's phone as the owner requested) and got no response. Phone calls went unanswered and the voicemail was full. After two days, my husband texted, "Anyone home?" and got the response "Don't be smart". And she was not even kidding - she had our money, made herself unavailable, and instead of getting back to us promptly, she responded with attitude and contempt. Hubby went to the salon to collect his refund, and when the owner realized he was the neglected customer, she quickly became agitated and confrontational, handed over the refund and threatened to call the police, and then abruptly walked away into the back of the studio. The owner simultaneously texted us at home "Whatever lady, I'm so busy I don't need you". I think this woman must be unbalanced, to treat people this way. Apparently she even deactivated her Facebook page to avoid our reviews. I have never heard of such rudeness. I'll be telling this story for the rest of my life.
