Cake Maker and decorator for celebration and wedding cakes.
I am happy to make any cake in size, style and flavour to suit your budget and taste.
To book in contact me via PM,email or phone.
For wedding cakes I offer a face to face consultation and cake sample box for £15 (refunded from the price of your cake when you book)
To save the date for your cake I take a 50% non refundable deposit the remainder to be paid on or before delivery.
I offer a free delivery service on all my cakes within Sussex (for out of Sussex please contact me for a price)

I make all of my models, flowers etc... by hand if you would like plastic models please let me know and I will price these for you.
ALLERGIES:
I am allergy trained and I have a son with nut and milk allergies so I am very aware of the importance of making sure your cake is suitable. I am happy to make cakes with allergy free ingredients however please be aware I work in a kitchen that does use numerous allergens so I cannot guarantee there will not be some traces.
SIZE and PORTION GUIDE:
I make cupcakes in mini, normal or giant
my cake tin sizes are 4" 6",8",10" and 12" I can create multiple tiers, numbers and shaped 3D cakes.
for party cakes 2"x"2 servings:
4" cakes serve 4 people
6" cake serves 8 people
8" cake serves 14 people
10" cake serves 21 people
12" cake serves 28 people
Wedding cake portions 1"x2" sized slice
4" serves 6
6" serves 10
8" serves 28
10" serves 42
12" serves 56
PRICES:
All my prices are "From" depending on the level of decoration and materials and time needed to make them. please message for an exact quote on your cake.

BOOKING: I advise to book as much in advance as possible I have bookings well into next year and can only do a set number of cakes per week. Please note until a 50% deposit is paid the date is still open to other customers.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made by BACS however cash & payments by cheque are also accepted show more
