  A couple of Entrepreneur friends of mine are in need of a Dentist, asap. One needs a tooth pulled the other I'm not sure. As they're Entrepreneurs, they don't have fancy shmancy Dental plans and will be paying cash. Any recommendations for GOOD dentists willing to work with Entrepreneurs paying by check or CC?
