  In desperate search of a FOSTER home for my beloved 4yo baby boy LJ. Im not sure if this page does fostering as well as re-homing, but I'm running out of options fast. I have until this weekend to vacate my home (with barely a home to go to myself) and am hitting a brick wall trying to secure a safe, appropriate temporary home while I get on track. It's truly breaking my heart to not be able to keep him by my side. He's been with me since my mom passed and the dog means more to me than most human beings do. While LJ is extremely intelligent, understanding many commands and is affectionate & calm with people of ALL ages, from babies to the elders, he is dog aggressive with other male dogs. So, he either needs to be in a 1 pet home or keep separate. ( I have a large crate for him) If there is anyone who can help or has any suggestions on where I could find help, PLease let me know.   My hopes of tracking down the owner have diminished. Went to the vet who found a micro chip but when I went to the address, I was told the owner was deceased and the person living there didn't know who was keeping the dogs. Phone number goes straight to voicemail. Anyone interested in these two buddies? They love each other, are great with my kids, and haven't had an accident in the crate. Downside: covered in fleas, male needs to be fixed, and the terrier growls at my golden retriever.
