  I don't normally do this but I'm so sick of being in pain need to reach out for help! I have herniated disks in my back, arthritis in my neck and now apparently a pinched nerve in my back that effects my arm so bad I can't hardly stand it! Been going to the chiropractor and doing exercises but it's not working. Does ANYONE have any other suggestions on how to get better? Someone mentioned acupuncture but not sure if it works for the cost...I am open to all suggestions....thanks for your help
