About us

The Hickory BBQ is Long Islands first Glatt Kosher authentic Southern BBQ - cooked low and slow. We specialize in Glatt Kosher meat and poultry, such as Brisket, Beef Ribs, Pulled Beef, Chicken, Turkey and more.

We cook every week and accept orders from Saturday evening until Thursday at 12:00pm noon for Friday delivery or pickup.

Pickup is available at our home, located in Woodmere, and we also offer free delivery in the 5 Towns area. Delivery to other locations can be arranged for a reasonable fee, with a minimum order.

We accept cash and credit cards via Square.

We are also available to cater your next event with our mobile BBQ pit.

The Hickory BBQ in Woodmere is spot on amazing and fantastic. Best smoked items I have ever had. Trust me, call and make reservations first, they have limited seating.
