I live in a small town in Moravia and eat plenty of Czech food here, so when I go to Prague I usually go to international restaurants.   U Bulinu continues to deliver great food at decent prices with reasonable service. Not exactly at IP, but worth the walk/short tram ride. We always did well at U Webru too. www.ubulinu.cz
