I had a wig that I thought was totally useless. Then Lillian cut it, and I got another few years out of it. I have also bought wigs from her. The one I bought about 10 years ago, still looks great - to the point that people ask where I got it, thinking it's new!

  Anonymous f you want a Salon that values you as a customer, this is NOT the place for you. They will cancel your appointment whenever they feel like, even if you make it weeks in advance for a special occasion. And it's not just for regular cuts they will cancel. Lillian canceled for my sisters wedding as well- a full 2 months after she was booked! When I dared to complain about not being accommodated, all I got was " well, you don't come here often". This salon needs to realize the customer comes first.
