The name says it all. You wouldn't want cake every day but on those special occasions why not go all out?
My passion is bespoke layer cakes, home made and featuring local or Australian grown ingredients. I believe that cakes shouldn't just look pretty but they should taste good too which is why you won't see any fondant or novelty cakes on this site, but you sill see Italian meringue buttercream, home made curds and fillings, oodles of ganache, chocolates caramels and the list goes on.
