  Looking for a Dr or PA who understand hormone issues especially hypothyroid. Been on Levo for 3 years and my current doc says all my numbers are normal now, but none of the symptoms have changed and she discourages me from doing more thorough thyroid tests. I'm looking for someone who is willing to at least check my free T3 and reverse T3 and won't tell me I'm "imagining" it. Many Thanks!

  Your experience is unfortunately very common and I can say from experience that you can feel better. I doubt very much that this is in your head, for many reasons people are often told that their thyroid numbers are normal and therefore nothing else can be done. It is not that simple.
