  Looking for somewhere to have a large rehearsal dinner in May so not outside because who knows what the weather will be like, and I don't really want to do it at a hotel conference room, because my guests will be staying at a different hotel that unfortunately doesn't have a conference room. Any ideas, we would like to serve our own food.

  I am the Event Coordinator at The Baxter and we do rehearsal dinners year round in our ballroom. We can seat up to 150 people, include all of the tables & chairs (plus we setup & breakdown) the bar & bartender, A/V equipment, & you are welcome to bring in your own food.
