This is CONSIDERABLY SHORT of what I ordered. Additionally, there was a LOT of little scrap chunks due to the new firewood processing machine they bought this year. Doing a little simple math $675/2.25 cords = $300/cord, which makes this the most expensive firewood in the valley. I called the owners to ask if they would make it right by delivering the 3/4 cord shortage. The only option that they offered was a refund with the specific declaration that they would never do business with me again "because they would have to put a star next to my name in their book to deliver 25% more wood per load lext time". How about just delivering the whole load to every customer that orders from you? I ordered 3 cords of wood because I needed 3 cords of wood, not because I wanted 2 1/4 cords and some of my money back. I know of at least 2 other people that have been shorted the same amount on the 3 cord "deal". The owner will tell you that "no one has ever complained before". I guess I will need to be the first, but trust me I am not the only person being shorted by this business. Don't be surprised if the owner is very rude and condescending on the phone if you call to complain. Just be be sure to measure your wood if you do buiz with these guys! Better yet... go with someone else. NOTE: 1 cord = 128 ft^3 = 4 ft tall x 4 ft wide x 8 ft long stack OR 2 stacks 4' h X 8' w if you order 24" length wood OR 3 stacks 4' h X 8' w if you order 16" lengths OR 4 stacks 4' h X 8' w if you order 12" lengths

  In urgent need of a new company to mow our lawn in south Bozeman. Must do quality work, be responsible, and prefer they employ adults. We've had repeated issues with quality and reliability with our company that we haven't been able to resolve in talking to them, but trouble finding anyone else with space in their schedule to take us on this spring. Yesterday was the final straw. They only mowed about a third of our backyard and took off with no communication. Left the gate standing open and one of our dogs got out and nearly was hit by a car. Now won't answer their phone or return messages.
