  Definitely depends on the issue to start with but all therapists will carry out an assessment to determine the best treatment for you. I'm a Sports and Remedial Therapist so specialise in medical conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder and injuries. As well as several different massage treatments, I'm also qualified and insured in Dry Needling, Kinetic Chain Release and Integrated Cupping.
