I have been making custom handmade dream catchers (contact me for more details) now since 2008 and I have decided that I would also start a new craft to run along side. I am registered self employed and have been since 2008.
My companies were born as I have a rare illness so I find it hard to do most jobs.
I love making things and seeing peoples reactions when they receive the goods and how they have been wrapped. I am a stickler when it comes to attention to detail.
Every item is hand wrapped and comes with a hand written thank you note closed with a custom made (for me) wax seal. Let me know if you want it to go direct to someone as a gift and I will do the thank you note and receipt to yourself and what ever you would like written in the note to the receiver.
I will always go out of my way to help you so please just ask me if you have any special requirements. Most items will be made to order (unless otherwise stated)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
FULL Funds due must be cleared prior to dispatch
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch (normally same day)
Payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer
Returns are payable at customers expense unless item arrives broken/damaged (photos will be required (via email) and I will send you a S.A.E.)
Everything in the Apparel album is only returnable if in its unused and in unopened packaging due to hygiene reasons
Cooling off period is 14 days after receiving the item(s) and the refund will be issued after I have received the goods back in immaculate/unused condition via the same way we (VWW Crafts) were paid by yourself
We only hold your address so we are able to post the item(s) to you and is never passed on or sold
Every item is posted via My Hermes now - signed for.

I will ALWAYS reply to all enquiries/complaints within 24 hours, if you have not heard from me please contact me via phone or other method.
I AM GOVERNED BY UK LAW
** PLEASE NOTE ** P&P prices are now £3.98 (up to 1kg) as I said before I am not longer using Royal Mail and will be dispatched via My Hermes Couriers - All items require a signature (like before) This company also gives full tracking facilities If you order more than one item at a time, the price will still be £3.98 as long as it weighs less than 1 kg combined. Thanks for your understanding in this matter xx show more
