  Hi Ladies, My furnace needs replacement or a new heat exchanger as it just died overnight. I am looking for recommendations on companies to deal with and who have 24 hr emergency service. Reliance will receive a written complaint regarding the sexist and demeaning tone taken with me today by the service tech so not sure I really want to deal with them. Being that it is a holiday and we have already spent the last 18 hrs without heat, I'd appreciate a recommendation. Thanks so much.

  I use Crowley Heating & Air conditioning,,, my thermostate blew on Sat. they were here with the hour and fixed all. The Tech Dan was so very healpful and respectful 613-599-7922.
