  Julie D. wrote: We had a quote in February. We have repeatedly called since then to get the work done. For months we have been unable to get a call back about getting the work done. Finally, last week, I was told the manager Traci would call about this issue. Five days later, I had not heard from Traci and I call again, asking to speak to Traci. I am told she will call by the end of the day, but that has not occurred. I did, however, receive a call back from the person who did the quote in February (finally) who says she didn't get the message, or maybe she did and tried to contact us once. She can provide no explanation for the many times we have contacted the company and have received no response. She also states that she can't find the quote (although the receptionist I spoke to when I called has no problem finding it in their system). Anyway, the quote is now out-of-date and it will be a new, higher price.
