  Hiya - a question re advertising - I've been approached by a McDonalds who want to put advertising board on the wall of one of our rentals, which is in a prominent location on a commuter route in Poole. I know will need planning application , but just wondered if anyone in here has had similar experience and what rates the charge? BIG thanks
