  David J. wrote: Randy Carson was truly exceptional. I have known him for over 20 years. When we asked him to help us find a home, he had several for us to look at that afternoon. The first one we walked into we decided on, immediately. He said “I am dedicated to make sure y’all are homeowners from now on.” He was never more than a text or call away. Randy never made promises he couldn’t keep, and was also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. He was always patient and worked through every situation without breaking a sweat. Randy’s cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety as low as possible and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about all of the steps of the process involved when we first started this, or exactly what to expect throughout. I also work with the public am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your customers have all the necessary information in plain speak to make informed decisions; and (2) that their expectations are appropriately and met. Randy always made me feel like top priority, and exceeded in both aspects.
