I'm noticing some cracks on the wall of my garage and a bit of mold on a corner of the ceiling of the garage. Can anyone recommend a roofing specialist that is honest and not overpriced?   We just used John Metcalf with Heron Bay Roofing. He was amazing, friendly and sat and explained everything to us. He also did our other house and a friends shortly after because we were so happy with the work and the price. They have been in business since 1980. Johns cell is 954-444-0716
