Thank you for stopping in! I'm Jackie, owner and principal photographer of Cardinal Moments Photography.
Photography has always been something near and dear to my heart as my grandfather was an avid photographer. Over the years, I have developed the passion he once had when I was a little girl, although my style tends to be more relaxed than his.
The naming of my business was not easy, as I wanted to incorporate both personal and professional meaning. The name Cardinal Moments Photography evolved for two reasons: one, because my grandparents had a love for cardinals, and two, because "cardinal" means "of prime importance". It is my hope to be there to capture every important moment in your life, no matter how big or small.
I never imagined photography would bring me so much joy as being the little model for my grandfather often drove me crazy. In the past year I have truly followed my heart, and maybe some genetics, too, and have fallen in love with this art of capturing moments in a simple and real way.
