  I am in the same boat that you are in, Tara, but I did recently learn of Anne Marie Moore, Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner who posted this notice via her FB page: Good news. I can now see patients who have coverage with Oregon Health Plan and managed care via Trillium for gynecology and annual exams without a referral from a primary care provider!!!
