  Elizabeth P. wrote: Used this company to lay a new patio in January/February 2021. By July 2021 the problems started. The resin between the slabs began breaking up as part of the patio began to sink and the resin resembled a biscuit base. I alerted Mr Harrison as his company promised a 5 year guarantee. He visited eventually and promised to rectify the problem. A date was arranged but he was a no show. More dates followed - no show - no show - no show. Not once did he notify me that he could not attend. I had to contact him!!! An independent view of his work revealed some cracks in the top of the base, in addition not one of the slabs were stuck down. I would strongly recommend to avoid this company at all costs if you are considering a new patio. False promise and not a man of his word
