  Hello to All. I'm looking for feedback on Farmer's insurance in regards to 1) annual rate changes and 2) payment of claims. We had State Farm for a very long time on our cars and home and condo rental. State Farm has been good and fair on paying for the claims that I had on the cars and condo on the past 10+ years, which had been relatively small claims. However I've noticed that over the past 3 years the premiums keep continuing on climbing although we had no car/home claims. Therefore we are considering switching insurance and Farmers gave us a competitive rate. Before making the switch I'd like to hear from your experiences. Thanks

  Juat about every company has had to raise rates. Farmers took I think at least 2 rate hikes last year. The insurance companies can't keep up with the every rising claims. Underatand what you are buying. Look for a A- or better rated company. I would be glad to help or at least make suggestions based on your needs. Www.richardyoungagency.com.
