  Hi! You could try dr Bechtold (https://bechtold.praktijkinfo.nl/), the practice is at Spoorsingel and they are open to new patients. However you couldn't go to any house-doctor without an appointment, except for the "inloopspreekuur", which is usually early in the morning, and you can be seen without an appointment, but still only for registered patients. So my advice would be to register at a practice that has an "inloopspreekuur".
