  Yes, we offer classes 6 days a week and babysitting is available during all of our 8:30 am classes! We have some awesome Back to School Specials this month on punch passes as well as memberships! 10 class passes for $45! We are also booking our 90 day Group Training sessions since your looking for something with a short term commitment. Registration closes this Friday Sept. 15 th and sessions start Sept. 18 th! Yes, we have POUND classes every Monday at 8:30 a.m. and Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. We have had a night class on the schedule as well and hope to be bringing that one back very soon!   Bcome Fitness Studio will be bringing YoFlex back to our schedule in February!! Yoflex is 30 minutes of Yoga followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching with thera-bands and foam rolling. It's such a great class! You'll notice the positive benefits after your first class! We also offer a wide variety of other classes like Kickboxing on the bag, TRX suspension training and many more! Come try it out! Your first two classes are FREE! Also, get a third free class by coming to our POUND Master class this Friday at 6:00 p.m. taught by Master Pound Pro Lindsy Tate!
