Meet the owner and trainer!
My name is Taylor and I am a graduate of Highland Canine's School for Dog Trainers. I received my Master Dog Trainer's certificate in December 2015.
During my time at Highland, I worked with pet dogs, service dogs of all types, ages and sizes, working Police K9's and many more.
I learned all the best and most effective techniques to make your pet dogs more obedience and polite and now I am offering my knowledge and services to provide to you.
At home I have two Belgian Malinois who keep me on my toes and allow me to continue to grow my knowledge.
About Superior Mind K9 and what we offer!
We are currently offering private in home lessons. These lessons allow me to come directly to you in the comfort of your home where your dog feels most comfortable.
The Types of training we offer:
Puppy Classes: 4 lessons, $55 per lesson
This package includes all the important fundamentals to raise a well behaved pup. This will go over crate training, making sure your pup enjoys their crate, how to introduce the pup to other household animals, how to introduce them to other dogs on leash, chewing, as well as how to properly socialize your dog all to prevent any behavioral issues that may come from improper upbringing.
First Time Pet owner: 2 lessons, $75 per lesson
Addresses how to provide a safe and healthy lifestyle for your dog, how to pick the proper food and vet
Basic Obedience: 8 lessons, $65 per lesson
We work on the basics of sit, stay, down, come, place, walking on leash, using the clicker, and teaching you how to continue to work with your dog on your own!
Puppy Classes & Basic Obedience: 11 lessons, $75 per lesson
A combination of both puppy classes and basic obedience
Advanced Obedience: 6 lessons, $95 per lesson
Advanced obedience: This covers everything in the basic obedience package as well as off leash commands. This package is great for those dogs who "listen when they want" and insures your dog obeys to your commands on the first try! Addresses... show more major issues such as bolting through doors, jumping on people/counters, pulling on the leash as well as proofing (solidifying) basic commands
Behavior Modification: Number of lessons vary, $85-$115 per lesson
This package is for those dogs that are pretty well behaved but may be fearful of strangers, other animals, children etc. It also is for dogs who may be leash reactive, aggressive to strangers, children, those dogs that are "racist", as well as issues between multiple dogs in one household. Fearful, fear based aggression, dog aggression, dominance aggression, all types of aggression and fear.
