I have an especially tight lower back/glutes/groin on my right side as well as both my shoulders and my neck so any suggestions on this type of work would be awesome to hear! I'm feeling very depressed and can't stand to look at myself in the mirror anymore. While I was back at home I was doing physical therapy which helped but it was a good therapist that was experienced. The one at the tang center I saw last semester wasn't very experienced.
