Can anyone recommend an exercise class nearby that runs on a Monday, ideally during the day? Any shout outs for great weekend exercise classes as well? Thank you Laura

  Hi Laura. I’m a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor at Workout on North Street. It’s a great gym with over 60 classes per week to choose from. You have the option of full time membership for £19.99 or daytime for £9.99 per month. We can also arrange to design a gym programme for you or some 1:1 Personal Training. https://www.workoutbristol.co.uk/

  Not sure about a class on a Monday but workout Bristol is only £20 a month to join and that includes access to gym and all their classes. Only £10 a month if you can go during the day and weekends

  Workout Bristol has a couple of body combat and a couple of boxing fit classes a week - the timetable's on their website, www.workoutbristol.co.uk. Hope that helps!
