  Good Shepherd Healthcare (706) 507-4687 3679 Steam Mill Rd Columbus, GA 31906 Mon. – Thur. from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; Closed noon-1 pm for lunch; Friday 8:30 am –11:30 am Medical and prescription assistance for the uninsured. Application packet must be picked up, filled out, and then call back for an appointment.
