  Looking for recommendations for contractors. My parents are in the middle of a major remodel and their contractor went MIA for the last part. They are down to the install of the new kitchen and then they're done. Cabinets are in their carage, granite slab is ready, new sink, molding, etc are so on hand. No contractor to finish the job. They are located in Sumner. Looking for someone trustworthy, who's got time available, and who can come out and give them a quote ASAP. Thanks all!

The white trim work around the house is starting to rot and should be replaced in parts, and painted in other parts. also looking for interior work, new kitchen and bathroom floors, tile work, wall retecture and painting (the interior is Flat paint would like semigloss), new interior trim in places, counter top resurface and cabinet resurface, garage door repair, and tankless water heater install.

Our homeowners insurance will pay for repairs related to damage (carpets, laminate, drywall, some cabinets) but we may have extra work done if our budget can handle it. Any suggestions?
