  Who makes the best birthday cakes? My birthday's coming up and I need someone to bake me a ridiculously moist chocolate cake. Malt chocolate cakes are my absolute favourite. I don't need it to be decorated. I really can't stand the taste of fondant icing. But I do need it be be moist, soft, and delectable enough to swoon over.
